Rat-Eating Plant Discovered in Philippines

A carnivorous pitcher plant that eats rats and insects has been discovered in the Philippines and named after Sir David Attenborough. Can it be transplanted to Capitol Hill?
A new species of giant carnivorous plant has been discovered in the highlands of the central Philippines, according to Matt Walker, Editor, BBC Earth News.

The pitcher plant is among the largest of all pitchers and is so big that it can catch rats as well as insects in its leafy trap. Read more

    how long does it take ?
    will it be more portent if i have the women hair and I do the spell on the waxing moon ?
    will it be less potent if i dont do it with the above items mentioned
