Leprechauns Are Protected Under EU Law

Leprechauns are now protected under European law.

Under a new European law, leprechauns are now protected. In 2010, the Sliabh Foy Loop on Carlingford mountain, Ireland, was designated as a Special Protection Area (SPA) for flaura, fauna, wild animals and little people, 'leprechauns'.
