How to Become Physically Immortal

According to Christopher Bullock in The Cobbler of Preston (1716), "'Tis impossible to be sure of any thing but Death and Taxes." Many people believe that, but is it really true? Taxes may well be certain, but what about death? Tales of immortal beings abound in fiction and folklore, but can humans actually become physical immortal? Physical immortality simply means not dying, but few people would want to live for centuries in a sick, disabled body, so the definition should probably be expanded to "living for centuries in the same body in good health."

This definition rules out the transhumanist scheme to upload their minds to computers. It also rules out the body jumping method (taking over someone else's body to avoid death) that occultist Draja Mickaharic describes in his book Immortality. So, is there a way to continue living for centuries in the same body in good health?

There seem to be two possible methods. In another book, The Long Lived, Mickaharic relates his encounters with a group of immortals who extend their lives by taking an alchemical elixir. Since the group seems unwilling to share this elixir with the public, it's not a solution the rest of us can use. A second method seems more promising for the uninitiated.

A security consultant named Ben Abba became interested in finding out if there were exceptionally long-lived people alive today. Using what he calls "unorthodox" methods he developed in his security business, Abba claims to have located 25 individuals over 250 years old. He believes that three or four of them are over 1,000 years old, and is convinced that one man is close to 2,800 years old.

Abba doesn't give any formula for how these people have lived so long, but he does say that they all have two things in common. One of them is that they are light eaters. This makes sense since calorie restriction is proven to slow the aging process. You could apply this method by following smaller meals, but an alternative method, which seems to offer many of the same benefits, is intermittent fasting.Calorie restriction will not be enough to immortality, although it can extend your life. It must be combined with another method.

The second thing Abba says all of these long-lived people have in common is programming. Again, he goes into almost no detail about what that means beyond saying these individuals "believed" they could living extraordinarily long lives. That isn't enough to put into practice, however, without going a little deeper.

The belief to which Abba refers has to be more than a mere conscious belief, which is probably why he calls it programming. Our conscious mind does not contain our programming. That is maintained in the subconscious mind. To change our programming so that it affects our bodies, the subconscious mind must be reprogrammed. Fortunately, there are a couple of well-known, proven methods to do that.

One method is repeating affirmations, which are positive statements about what you want to happen. In this case you want to reprogram your subconscious mind not to allow the body to die of old age or age-related diseases as it has been programmed to do. Immortality affirmations program your subconscious to change your bodily processes so that you continue living in good health indefinitely.

The best way to repeat affirmations is aloud while looking at yourself in a mirror. You can do them without looking in a mirror, whisper them, or even repeat them mentally. They are not as effective that way, but it's better than not doing them at all.

Here is a set of suggested immortality affirmations. Looking at yourself in a mirror, recite each set of affirmations three times, and then go on to the next set. Perform the affirmations 1-3 times daily.
I am physically immortal. My body is capable of living thousands of years in perfect health. I am proteeted from disease and accidents.

All the cells in my body are returning to their original perfect DNA blueprint. When a new cell is born in my body, it functions as if I were eighteen years old. Every part of my body is continually regenerated and rejuvenated.

My body is getting younger, stronger, and healthier every day. My appearance is that of a man/woman in his/her twenties (or whatever age you wish to appear). I look and feel incredibly young.
There is no need to ask if you can change these affirmations or substitute ones of your own. Of course, you can - if you are certain that your affirmations are better.

Another way to do affirmations is to write them. Handwriting seems to engage the brain more than typing, but typing is an alternative way to practice this method. Write each set of statements three times, 1-3 times daily. You can amp up this method a bit by reciting the affirmations as you write them.

Another method is self-hypnosis. Hypnotic suggestions are another proven method of affecting the body and mind. It is not necessary to go into a deep trance for hypnotic suggestions to be effective. Just lowering your brain wave frequency to the alpha state is sufficient. Once you have entered the hypnotic or alpha state, simply repeat each set of statements three times. Perform your self-hypnosis sessions 1-3 times daily.

For a synergistic effect, do all three methods once daily. For example, you might do the mirror method first thing in the morning, write your affirmations later in the day, and do your self-hypnosis session in the evening. The order doesn't matter, but spacing out your sessions throughout the day does make them more effective.

This practice is a lifetime practice. It's not like programming a computer because humans have all kinds of counter programming to combat. Since society constantly reinforces death programming, you can never stop your immortality programming. Fortunately, the time aand effort involved is minimal, and the potential payoff is astronomical. At the very worst, it can't hurt, and it might help extend your life beyond what you thought possible.
