I am 16, female. I started dowsing with pendulum about half a year ago and I am not a frequent dowser as well. But I'm suspicious if it's totally safe or not. I read your blog the previous day and ma'am I seek help.
Dowsing is extremely safe. It is practiced all over the world among all sort of people with no problem. It is not, however, 1005 accurate unless you follow proper dowsing procedures.
Accuracy holds no problems [I have had used it as a 'find-for' device] but... the problem is, or maybe a poor judgment, I've observed using it gives me more frequent, and weird dreams.
