Dimensional Jumping: The Mirror Method

Multiverse theory proposes that beyond the universe we live in are an infinite number of parallel universes or dimensions, where alternate versions of ourselves live out their lives in worlds where different circumstances exist because different choices were made. The Seth Material teaches that we create our own reality. Dimension jumping combines these two concepts to change reality by shifting to another dimension where that reality exists..

Since all of the YOUs in the alternate dimensions are really just versions of YOU, dimensional jumping is used to transfer your consciousness or switch places to a dimension where YOU live in different circumstances from the world in which YOU currently live.  "Jumping" to other dimensions causes small changes, but those small changes can have big impacts, so do this at your own risk. It works best if you have a "destination" in mind. For example, you can concentrate on switching places with the YOU who has more money or just a better life in general

Mirrors are traditionally considered to be portals to other dimensions, so this technique of dimensional jumping is called the Mirror Method..

You will need:
  • Mirror, the bigger the better
  • Candle
The best time to perform this method is at night, ideally between midnight to 3 am, although it can be done during the day. Turn off all the lights, and make the room as dark as possible. Sit facing the mirror with a lit candle between you and the mirror. Relax and clear your mind.

Concentrate on your reflection. Remember that your reflection represents another YOU. It's not another entity. It's just YOU. YOU can trust YOU.

There is nothing else but YOU and the YOU in the mirror, a YOU from a different place but similar to your own. Call out to that YOU, out loud if you can or mentally if you must. Concentrate on switching places with that YOU. It often helps if you can imagine transferring as much energy as possible when you imagine you're shifting to that other dimension.

It may take awhile, but if you have "shifted" from your current dimension, you should feel something. Some of the signs for small shifts are a brief feeling of movement, a moment of disorientation, or even your reflection blinking at you when you didn't blink. Bigger shifts include your reflection moving on its own or even the feeling of actually moving to the other side of the mirror. The bigger the shift, the more you will feel. If you feel any signs, STOP! Then take a few days to notice any changes.

It's  easier to make a series of small jumps than a big jump. For example, if your goal is more money, it's better to jump for small changes, such as a promotion at work, instead of winning ten million from the lottery. It's also a lot easier to change something before it happens. For example, if you did poorly at a test, it's better to jump before you see the grade.

Finally, there doesn't seem to be any way to return to precisely your original dimension. You can move on to other dimensions, but apparently not back to one that you left. The adage, "Be careful what you wish for because you might get it," definitely applies to dimensional jumping.
